Are you aged between 18-25 years old? Are you struggling with your mental health, addiction or suffer from suicide ideation? Then please pop into our drop in centre at St Joseph’s Parish Centre, Whitburn on the last Thursday of the month from 7pm – 9pm for support.

If you feel nervous coming in, please reach out to us and one of our team will gladly come and meet you outside and we can have a chat in confidence straight away. You don’t need to be alone anymore!

Our Fortnightly Drop-ins are free to attend and happen on the last Thursday of every month from 7pm – 9pm.

Drop-In Centre: Thursday 26th March; Chill Night – Easter Arts & Crafts 🐣🎨

Tonight at Jamie’s Sanctuary we’re slowing things down with a relaxed Easter-themed chill night. It’s a chance to unwind, get creative, and spend some positive time together in a calm and supportive space.

We’ll have Easter arts and crafts activities available for anyone who wants to join in – a fun way to get creative, chat, and enjoy the evening together. Whether you’re feeling artistic or just want to sit with others and relax, everyone is welcome to take part at their own pace. Alongside this, we’ll also be offering a gentle reflection activity, giving people the opportunity to pause, reflect on their journey, and think about new beginnings – something that fits beautifully with the meaning of Easter.

As always, one-to-one support will still be available throughout the evening for anyone who would prefer some quiet time or a private chat.

We’re looking forward to a positive, relaxed evening filled with creativity, connection, and a little Easter fun

Drop in, get involved, and enjoy the space.

You are not alone—there is strength in numbers.

No need to book, just pop in. No cost required, fully-funded by Jamie’s Sanctuary.
