REFUNDS & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel and return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order. Customised items are non-returnable. 

We strongly advise that your return your items either signed for or recorded delivery, so that the item(s) can be tracked. Jamie’s Sanctuary or our supplier Clic Clothing Ltd cannot be responsible for any packages that get lost on the customer’s behalf and we reserve the right to refuse a refund for lost items where customers cannot provide proof of postage. All return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. 

All items returned must be undamaged, unworn (with all tags still attached) and in the original packaging. All returns will be inspected thoroughly and must be in a re-saleable condition, this includes that items are free from all stains (including deodorant) and free from odours such as smoke. 

If you wish to return any items, please inform us via email with your name, email address, your order number and the reason why you want the item refunded. This is so that we are aware of your return and can process it promptly when we receive it. 

All returns are processed within 14  working days of receiving your items back to us. Once your refund has been notified to you it may take 3-10 working days to show in your account depending on your original method of payment. 

You can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order, however we do not offer an exchange. Custom made products cannot be returned unless faulty.Â
