Are you aged between 18-25 years old? Are you struggling with your mental health, addiction or suffer from suicide ideation? Then please pop into our drop in centre at Whitburn Community Centre every Thursday from 7pm – 9pm for support.
If you feel nervous coming in, please reach out to us and one of our team will gladly come and meet you outside and we can go straight into the break-out room for a chat in confidence. You don’t need to be alone anymore!
