Drop-In Centre: Thursday 12th March; Understanding Anger: Listening to What’s Underneath

Are you aged between 18-28 years old? Are you struggling with your mental health, addiction or suffer from suicide ideation? Then please pop into our drop-in centre at Whitburn Community Centre every Thursday from 7 pm – 9 pm for support.

Join us at Jamie’s Sanctuary for this week’s drop-in as we explore the emotion of anger and what it might be trying to tell us. Anger is often a surface feeling that can mask deeper emotions such as hurt, fear, grief, or frustration. Together we’ll create a safe and supportive space to reflect on where anger comes from and how we can begin to understand what lies beneath it.

We’re also delighted to welcome Lee Jack from LJ Wellness, who will be facilitating a guided breathwork session to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional awareness.

You are not alone—there is strength in numbers.

No need to book, just pop in. No cost required, fully-funded by Jamie’s Sanctuary.
