Tonight at Jamie’s Sanctuary: Experience the Power of Sound Healing

We’re excited to welcome Gillian – The Sonic Sister to Jamie’s Sanctuary for tonight’s drop-in.

Gillian will be guiding our young people through a sound bath meditation, offering a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect and simply be present. Using soothing sounds and vibrations, a sound bath can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, encourage deep relaxation and create space for reflection and healing.

In a world that often feels busy and overwhelming, tonight is about taking time to pause, breathe and look after your wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you’ve experienced sound healing before or this is your first time, everyone is welcome. There is no expectation to talk or share—just come as you are and allow yourself the chance to rest and recharge.
